Multiple Entry Methods
Though our Microkiosks have complex customizations, club customers will never have to think twice when using the sleek, simple interface. To gain access to approved amenities, all they have to do is scan or enter the gym owner’s choice of:
Fob
Key Card
Bar Code
Code
And that’s it! At staff-less and staffed gyms alike, customers can enjoy a smooth visit with maximum independence. We can gate and control access to all areas within a club, including front and interior doors (such as a recovery room or group exercise rooms), massage chairs, and towel lockers, Etc. Each amenity can have its own unique access rules.
24/7 Customer Support
Can the customer not gain access? Don’t worry—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, a member of the 365 Member Access System team is available to help.
If needed, a phone number will appear on the Microkiosk screen for the customer to call for instant support. In most cases, access can be granted remotely without contacting gym/club staff members.
Easy Controlled Entry Systems Set-Up
Depending on the amenity being gated, gym owners can set up their own access control system. Microkiosks for small amenities, such as individual massage chairs, are approachable for all levels of tech expertise. For larger amenities, such as doors with locking magnets, gym owners will only need to bring in someone with a low-voltage skillset.
