Built by Gym Operators
We Built the Access System We Couldn’t Find
365 Member Access was created by operators who needed better control over doors, amenities, and member experience.
Eric and Bill Buckner built 365 from real operational pain inside active fitness clubs. The goal was simple: create an access platform that works for gyms the way gyms actually run.
From Daily Friction to a Better System
Running a fitness facility means balancing member convenience, security, staffing limits, and revenue opportunities. Existing systems handled only part of that equation.
We needed more than a front-door lock. We needed tier-based amenity control, clean class and room access logic, and support that worked outside normal business hours.
After testing generic options and patchwork workflows, we built the system ourselves. The result became 365 Member Access.
Today, the system supports clubs across the country, and we still use it in our own gym operations.
The People Behind the Platform
Gym Experience + Technical Execution
Our team combines operational fitness experience with product, engineering, and support expertise.
How We Build and Support
Principles That Guide 365
Member Independence
Members should be able to access what they paid for with minimal friction.
Business-Rule Precision
Access policies should enforce revenue logic and reduce manual intervention.
Real-Time Human Support
Urgent access issues need real people, not delayed ticket loops.
Integration-First Design
Your current gym management stack should be extended, not replaced.
Built for Every Growth Stage
365 supports independent operators, multi-club groups, and franchise systems.
Single-Location Operators
Expand access while controlling labor and maintaining tier integrity.
Multi-Club Operators
Centralize policy management while adapting by location.
Franchisors
Standardize member experience across networks with local flexibility.
